In most cases, any product in stock will be shipped the same day if order is placed by 4:00 EST, however we may at our discretion ship later than that. We work hard to ensure that all orders are processed at the speed of light. We use US Postal Service (USPS) for shipping, however depending on the product weight (usually over 4 pounds), we may ship your order via UPS. Any orders shipped via USPS usually takes anywhere between 3-5 business days. Any orders shipped via UPS ground could take up to 6 business days. Please keep in mind that business days are Monday through Friday. If you placed your order Friday with next day air delivery please do NOT expect it to arrive on Saturday, unless you pay extra for Saturday delivery via UPS.

Understanding Shipping Status

Pending: Your order has been received and is awaiting payment confirmation.

  • Processing: Your order is reviewed, verified and payment is processed.
  • Shipped: Your order has been cleared for shipping and is on its way to you.
  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. If you did not request cancellation, you will receive an email with an explanation.

Return Policy

One of the true tests of an online store’s quality is the way they handle returns. We understand that customers may need to return a product or products they ordered for whatever reason, so we make it hassle-free to do so. You will have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your product. In order to return a product, you must obtain a RMA clearance by contacting us. We will not hassle you with RMA numbers or a “returns department”, you simply need to let us know that you are returning an item and you must include a copy of your invoice with the return. If you did not open the package, simply take it to any Post Office and tell them you want to “return to sender”. By doing this, you will not need to pay to ship it back. Of course, all of the original product packaging must be present and the product must be in the same condition it was when it left our warehouse, or we will not accept the return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returns. If you break a product by abusing it or through misuse, we cannot accept it as a return. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges unless we are at fault (sent the wrong item, for example). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
